If you need to cancel an order, please do so before it is shipped. Once a product has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled through our website.
Return & Exchange Policy
Return or exchange is available for selected products only. If pickup service is not available in your area, you will need to arrange your own shipment to our company address. Return or exchange fees may apply depending on the circumstances. Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags in place. Return requests made outside our stated return window will not be honoured.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed in cases of a mismatch in quality, size, colour or design, or if an item is missing, incorrect, or damaged in a combo order. Once the returned items are collected and inspected, refunds are processed within approximately 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
