Return & Refund Policy

We want customers to receive their Metals & Beyond order in the correct condition. Please review the policy below before requesting a return.

Eligible Returns

A return request may be made within 7 days of delivery if the product received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or an item is missing from the order.

To help us review the request, please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs or other relevant details showing the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange. Products that have been used, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging may also be ineligible.

Return Process

Returns are subject to verification and approval. Where pickup service is available, we may arrange collection. If pickup is not available for your location, we will provide appropriate return instructions.

Refunds

After an approved returned product is received and inspected, the applicable refund will generally be processed within approximately 5–7 working days to the original payment method. Actual credit timing may depend on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and any eligible issue will be handled under this Return & Refund Policy.
